Please help me find this anime

It’s A fantasy comedy with gag elements, I believe it aired between 2010 and 2018.

In the final episode I remember it Features a powerful wizard or spellcaster whose magic is so strong that using it could destroy the world. In the final episodes, this character uses their magic, leading to the world’s destruction and subsequent recreation. The character justifies this by saying that if they can destroy the world, they can also recreate it, allowing them to spam there spells
