Why tf are freighters so buggy

Seriously. I'm about 300 hours in and loving the game, but wow my freighter has been essentially unusable with how buggy it's been. Half the time when I teleport to my freighter, i'm locked in my teleport room due to an un-removeable piece randomly spawning and blocking my exit back to the main control room. And now, the reason i'm making the post is because after wasting half an hour and multiple game restarts later, I was finally able to get out, and after checking my expeditions I got locked in the debriefing screen because the button to dismiss it wouldn't show up, literally forcing me to alt+f4 the game. Really don't want to stop playing, but the bugs are seriously making me consider picking something else up.
