Sent usdc on polygon to vet wallet

Hey, so I got some VET in my Coinbase wallet from those learning rewards back in Feb 2024, and I accidentally sent some USDC to that same address. It's only got that one VET transaction from Feb 24th and the wrong USDC (sent via Polygon). How do I get that USDC back to Coinbase?
