Anyone notice an issue with Shadowplay recently?

I haven't touched my settings for years, its always been 1080p, 3 minute replays, and the clips would be 1GB.

Recently, whenever I clip a replay, the 3 minute video is only around 300MB, and pretty low quality.

Not sure what happened since as I said I haven't tweaked it, is it possible a new update altered something, and are there any ways to fix this?
