Sad Minecraft Analog Horror

Greetings, I have been searching for a few days trying to find a Minecraft analog horror that is surprisingly sad.

I do not remember much about it, other than:

1. The person recording has a friend who died/disappeared one day.

2. The friend talks through the game and tries to help them.

3. There is a scene in an old console Minecraft resource pack world (the winter one) with a bunch of signs from a friend.

4. I think the person is being chased by a figure who wants to capture them, with a scene being atop a massive brick building structure.

5. Something involving a brick well?

If anyone can find the analog horror I am referencing, that would be much appreciated.
