Possibility of getting separated for dermatographia?

I wanted to get a shaving profile cause my face rashes and breaks out in hives because of dermatographia, I’ve had it since before I joined but I never shaved my entire face so it never acted out, and I didn’t know what it was before I joined just thought it was sensitive skin. I was wondering if dermatographia was an easy step on getting sent out for medical issues, I’d rather just stay quiet if it is and keep on, it doesn’t itch or cause pain, just makes me look like an absolute freak covered in rashes and hives during first formation lol.
