ct scan with contrast for one issue found another, more concerning problem

Other

I (23F) went in today to get a CT scan with contrast to confirm maythurner syndrome and the severity of compression in the iliac vein so that a stent can be placed. They ended up scanning my entire abdomen and legs and posted the results before the doctor reviewed them. They did find that my iliac vein is compressed which I was expecting because I’ve had a few blood clots and had a prior diagnosis from a few years ago. Here’s the fun part though, they also found that my liver is severely inflamed and 19.2 cm, with fatty deposits as well as my left bile duct which is 2cm but much larger than the right. I’ve been googling up a storm but I’m dealing with a large amount of anxiety since I may have to wait days before my doctor reviews the results and schedules more tests. I’ve been on xarelto ( a blood thinner) for about 2 years and drink a moderate amount of alcohol ( maybe 4-6 drinks a week.) I have a suspicion that the blood thinner in combination with alcohol may have caused the liver damage but I’m extremely surprised that it would have such a strong effect on my body in such a short amount of time. Otherwise I’m pretty healthy, normal bmi and fairly active. Any thoughts?
