Help me pick a GPU puh-LEESE

Alright, I currently have a 6700XT and running games atleast at 60fps on a 1440p monitor is becoming pretty hard so I want to upgrade. I'd like to keep it 800 or lower.

Originally I was gonna get a used 4070ti super when the 50 series came out, but those cards aren't made anymore so a used one is still like 1000 dollars which isn't happening lmao.

I was gonna get a 5070ti for 750 dollars but that price aint real, and more importantly it seems they don't support physX so if I wanted to play older games they'd run like ass, so that's also not happening anymore.

I've been looking at 7900XTs and XTXs because they seem to be a similar price, but they also seem really hard to find right now.

Now I'm stuck between trying to hunt down a 7900XT/XTX or wait and see what the new AMD cards are priced at in March. I'd like to get an upgrade sooner rather than later mainly for Monster Hunter Wilds, so I am open to any suggestions at all.
