MRI scan

I have been given an MRI appointment to check that there’s nothing more going on with my head/brain before being diagnosed with pppd. The only thing Is I’m very nervous for it as laying on my back really aggravates my dizziness. Had anyone got and tips/ experiences of having an MRI when like this?
