Help Please

Clearly I don’t know what I’m doing….

I put a new print head setup on my Kobra 2 Neo a few weeks ago and it hasn’t worked right since. Tonight, I tried readjusting the Z offset to get the calibration right and the print head just smushes into the plate. I tried adjusting the proximity sensor and that did nothing either.

What do I need to do to get printing again?
