Senate Bill 3, which would ban all retail THC cannabis flower and impose criminal penalties, has been filed in the House.

This bill is a priority of Patrick, but not of Abbot. With everything else going on, I wonder what the bills path will be. ( I'm hoping right in the trash, but one can dream)
