Sleeping caged, but too horny?!

Hiya! I’ve been sleeping caged since starting my 24/7 caged journey last week. Everything’s been going well, pretty much no discomfort at all. However, I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night from being really horny. To the point where I genuinely don’t even want to be horny but I am. Currently also on estrogen HRT, which should’ve decreased my sex drive. I’ve learned to cum while caged but I try my best to stop myself. Any advice?
