What do you do if you receive a package you didn't order with your name on it?

I'm not sure if this is allowed but I'd appreciate being pointed to a sub that is good for this if so.

Anyways, I got a package with my name and address on it. I wish it was as simple as that but the scribbled over name and address coupled with the person who delivered it taking a picture of it before leaving and the package being so random (a pair of tail lights from some place called the Florida yard) feels extremely worrisome so I'm wondering if any of that is as suspicious as it feels or if it's fine to leave it. Thanks in advance for any answers
