What's your bedtime plan/ how did you get it to work?
Kid sleeps on the floor next to my bed, wails and cries and freaks the F out and takes even LONGER to settle and sleep if a parent is not nearby until kid is knocked out asleep.
(Otherwise, kid is/ has been a good sleeper . It's like... Cognition and imagination? Or something? Have effed things up and we are all exhausted)
(We've tried walking back to bed, neutral voice, etc. the kid will get up upwards of 50+ times a night and had to stop for household sleep + safety)
Looking for realistic / actual parent advice, no judgement here for whatever magic / combination / routines you use and work for you, just pure desperation in our family rn.
One more "follow here for my neat trick" "subscribe to my $$ for my schedule" "have you tried cutting___ food?" "Maybe if your kid wasn't in daycare full time" etc advice from internet etc and I'm gonna tear my hair out.
Thanks in advance, y'all in this sub have really made me feel seen before, so wanted to give posting a shot.
