Question on registration

Hi guys.

The registration period will start from 11/3 to 28/3, but why my time ticket only allows me to register for courses from 20/3 but not 11/3?

(BTW it's my second semester in this college, and the last time I registered for courses, the course registration time was the same as what was listed on the school website.)
