Did Kirishima get shadowbuffed at some point??? (And does anyone know of other shadowbuffs and nerfs?)

Last time I remember, I thought his Alpha did 200 damage, similar to his Gamma- but I went into training after seeing Endeavor got shadowbuffed (HIS ALPHA MIGHT BE USABLE AGAIN), and now his alpha is doing 250???

There's a chance other characters got changes too.
