Pilot watch build

I wanna build a budget pilot watch. Something similar to the Hamilton field khaki or an old style IWC. Looking for suggestions on the best places to buy cases, dials, lume hands etc. I don’t really know where to start, and I know alibaba can be super hit or miss. Looking to spend less than $100 on the whole build. Ideally I want to use either an NH35 or a myiota 8125 or 9125 (I understand those will be more expensive). Let me know what suggestions y’all have!
