Would you give internship to CFA level 2 candidate??

People working in the core finance, CFA charter or not does your firm or the one you are working in hire CFA level 1 pass for internships?? Like a under grad with relevant skills?? And what exactly are those skills?? Also how is the work pressure and other prospects like are they given appropriate work?? Please answer!!!
