I am going to regret asking this, but - Have drop rates been increased in Phrecia?

Question (POE 1)

Have you guus noticed an increase in drops in Phrecia? I am just starting Act 4 and I already have a full stack of scrolls, 20 transmutes & alts and 3 uniques(Karui Ward, A ring with added chaos damage and Brambleback).

Is this just some insane luck or the drop rates have been adjusted?
