Alienware m18 r1

hello my laptop is dell alienware m18 r1 but in BIOS it shows m16 r1 please tell me how to fix this? I bought a laptop in working condition, not new (the backlight adjustment option on AlienFx also does not work. I will be grateful for any help 🙏 and sorry for the bad English 🙏 I used a translator 🙏
