Should I take my job?

I’m a 25F who has a masters degree. I was meant to start in a large business company in September 2024 but they pushed it back until May 2025. I am currently working and living abroad doing a season in the alps and am loving it. I have been offered a seasonaire job for the summer that I would love to do and I would even consider doing another season next winter. I have asked the company if I could defer my start date until FY26 but they said they couldn’t promise me anything. Would I be stupid to not go into this company on my start date in May? Something I’m worried about is that I don’t have any real corporate work experience so would it be hard for me to find a job next year if I didn’t take the current job offer?
