Zombie in the starting house

Hi!

In short, recently I've started playing Project Zomboid.

Usually I play unstable as I never really notice any bugs so that's the case here too.

Now, I've spawned in one of those separated houses in Rosewood and in the basement I've found a zombie.

It does not bother me nor I think It's bad thing, but I wondered if that's how it's supposed to work.
