Buds3 Pro QC issues

So rn I'm on my second pair of Buds3 Pro, and 9 days in, left bud wouldn't charge and a burn mark was visible on the stem base where the charging pin connects. Checked inside the case and the left lowermost pin had its top layer of paint melted off. These buds are a QC nightmare
