What to do about super grainy photos

Hi guys,

So I recently just bought an iPhone 13, whenever I take photos on the front selfie camera and 0.5 lens the photos look really grainy when I go to view them and then after a second they auto adjust to normal.

Is there any way to get rid of this super grainy effect?

Thanks
