EXTREMELY sensitive skin during flare ups?

Right now i’m going through a hellish flare up, everything hurts to the point i can’t even sleep but what’s worse is this is the most sensitive my skin has felt. It feels like it’s on fire & anything touching me feels like little knives scratching across my burning skin. Clothes hurt, some fabrics are easier than others. i’m just wearing very loose soft clothing. Does this happen to anyone else? Any advice? I’m not sure what to do or why i’m posting, but i just have no help or support & im in so much pain.
