Shopping for a Tenor

I’m an alto player (played for 9 years, took a solid 14 year hiatus, and have been back for a few months) but since joining my friends’ metal band, I’m looking into switching to a tenor. My budget is preferably something under $1500, but have found a couple horns that intrigued me. Curious to get some input on a Jupiter JTS-789 ($650) and a Yamaha YTS-34II ($1400). If I’m not mistaken, the Jupiter is a bit more beginner oriented, but overall am looking for bang for my buck as well as getting a little longevity out of it. Any other recommendations are completely welcome. Thanks in advance!!
