5070ti pci adapter only 2x8 not 3x?

I just received the MSI ventus 3x 5070ti and the pci adapter to 16 prong only has 2 into 1, but everything I’m seeing about the 5070ti suggests it should have 3x8 into one 16 prong??what should I be doing
