8k video not working?

So was just scrolling on yt looking at 4k stuff but when i tried to set the video to 8k my cpu maxed out at 100 and gpu is not being used, 4k video is fine only used 15-20% of cpu so idk what the deal is, specs are 2080s and 5700x3d, 32gb-3600mhz.
