Trying to find location of old photo in France (Nice?).

I am trying to find the location that an old photo was taken of a relative. It would have been taken in the late 50's early 60's. It was taken in France, probably Nice, France. It appears that there is a hotel or some other kind of building that may help it be identified. The picture is of my grandfather who has passed away, and no other family knows where it was taken. We may be traveling there this summer and thought it would be cool to retake the photo if we can find the location.
