Finding a teletherapy site that is not made in Israel

Hi everyone, my boyfriend is looking to start teletherapy. I was going to set him up with a therapist on the same teletherapy site that I use, but (helloalma.com) but did some googling and found out it is Israeli-owned. So is BetterHelp (ew) and TalkSpace. Is there anywhere that isn’t Israeli owned? In-person is not an option due to his schedule, unfortunately.

In a similar vein — I found my psychiatrist through Alma, and I don’t know what to do about it. She pays them a fee, I’m not paying to see her, but obviously my insurance money goes to her. I don’t think she’s a Zionist, but we’ve never spoken politics, and I also know she makes her money by using that site, and who am I to stop her from earning money to live?

I don’t want to stop seeing her, she’s the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had. Is it appropriate to ask if I can see her through a different avenue/if she uses other teletherapy services for political reasons?
