Swelling 10 days post snip

I had the procedure on Valentine’s Day. It was the no scalpel type. The first several days I had virtually no swell and no pain. A few days ago, I noticed that my scrotum would swell and that it would be worse after a busy day. I’ve avoided heavy lifting and have been wearing compression shorts. I’ve been using ice, ibuprofen and Tylenol frequently. Incision looks great. No discoloration, warmth, fever, or discharge.

I’m not really having pain but when my scrotum swells up, I am back to cowboy walking and it can be very uncomfortable getting up and down.

My question is do you think it would be best to hold off on ejaculating until there is no swelling at all? My wife and I have been messing around but I’ve been scared to finish. I’m just nervous of messing things up.
