Passed out during tilt table test

Discussion

I posted a few months ago about all the symptoms I was having and such and how I thought POTS was a possibility. Well, I finally had my tilt table test done about a week ago. I got 4 minutes in and passed out which is automatic fail. My heart rate and blood pressure tanked when I passed out. I was not expecting it to happen honestly! But afterwards the cardiologist said I have vasovagal syncope but no evidence of orthostatic hypotension so can’t diagnose with POTS. I have to wait for my follow up appointment with my cardiologist that isn’t for a few months because of how busy they are. I’m glad I got it because I felt like no one understood me or just didn’t believe me. But I don’t really know what to do with this now? I want to figure out how to manage my symptoms and understand everything more. Any advice, comments, or people who can relate???
