I have a question

My partner and I have been playing for 120 ish days now and we are at 150 parcels each. Can she sell me a bunch for 1 atlas buck so I parcel jump? I’d even take mayor of my medium sized town if I grabbed enough.

Thanks I just don’t really know if I’d do this or if it would be an offense of any kind. I would hate to be banned for something like this.
