Home Builder Review: Minto vs Mattamy vs Cardel

Hey everyone,

I’m considering buying a home in Kanata/ Stittsville and looking at Minto, Mattamy, and Cardel as potential builders. I’d love to hear from people who have recently purchased from them, especially in the latest developments.

• How has the upgrade process been? Were the selections worth the price, or did you feel they were overpriced?
• How has the after-sale service been? Any issues with warranty work, responsiveness, or build quality?
• For those in Shea Village, how has your experience been so far? Any major issues with construction or the neighborhood itself?

I want to make an informed decision before finalizing my purchase. Any insights, good or bad, would be greatly appreciated!

Other Builders: Tartan, Tamarack, Richcraft, Urbandale, Valecraft are kind of out of reach for me.
