Birth control advice

Trying for some advice before my next appt. I’ve been on and off the pill for years no issues. Once I got up to 1mg for wegovy though i’ve had non stop breakthrough bleeding. My gyno keeps trying to tell me that the pills aren’t interacting with the wegovy but like…I’ve never had this issue before. I’m trying to see if anyone has had better luck with the ring or maybe even the patch? Or if I need to hold out and this is just normal for the pill to do for some people?
