I was given 100$ for my bday and Id like to put it towards starting a capsule wardrobe

As the title says, I received 100$ and after weeks of not knowing what use it for, I think Id like to start my journey towards a capsule wardrobe.

However, I know 100$ is not much, hence why I am asking which pieces should one start with at the beginning.
