Tried buying Arx through steam but haven’t received it

I did contact support but I was hoping to be able to resolve this a bit sooner if possible is this a known issue if so has anyone figured a fix ?

• I reloaded steam and the frontier launcher
• my steam account seems to be linked to the frontier launcher
• I restarted my pc
• verified files
• checked the website and it doesn’t have Arx either
