Ordering from IFI (Irish Film Institute)

Anyone here ordered from them before? How is the packaging? Looking to get a normal Blu-ray and a box set, but I'm a bit cautious. Do they package well? I am in EU so usually don't bother ordering from Amazon as it's not worth the extra cost when they even can't package anything properly. Rarewaves is a tiny bit better but I usually avoid them too with fragile box sets. I had luck with Radiance (UK), Terracotta (UK) and Universe of Entertainment (Spain) as they are good with packing but sometimes certain releases are not available everywhere. Appreciate some answers, cheers
