Treadmill Increments - PLS FIX

Is anyone incredibly frustrated by the lack of finer increments when doing an indoor run as it can only go up by 0.5? Surely Coros can easily fix this. As a brand trusted by the pinnacle of athletics, I can't quite believe that Ingebrigtsen or Kipchoge have to run to increments of 0.5 when on a treadmill...

Anyone have any work arounds?
