Mauler + Sinclair = Perfect Army

If we really think about it, if the Maulers were recruited to clone bodies for the US Army that were then augmented with the reanimen tech, Cecil could've produced a large army of soldiers potentially using the dna of Omniman, Invincible, Immortal, or anyone else who they would happen to have a decent amount of blood from and was significantly strong.
