20m, why is it so hard to make friends as an adult?

A little about me, im from ohio, im a surgical dental assistant by day and a ninja coach by night! I went through a break up last week and its been so difficult trying to make friends.ive been filling my days by playing cod zombies, minecraft and listening to audio books, i just got the new kingdom come deliverance 2 game, taking my neice to chucky cheese and just trying to fill my days.
