Birthcontrol after termination, pregnant again? Paranoid!

Not sure if this is the right subreddit to ask this, but I am kind of paranoid..

I got pregnant through birth control, in october. I got a termination unfortunately, because it was not the right time. ANYWAY - November I started a new birth control, called Vienva, and its the combo pill (levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets)

I got a breakthrough bleed every month, except this month during my placebo pills
I got the "period poops" (LOL) and cramping, but no bleeding.
Last time I just knew I was pregnant, and I got 0 symptoms now, but very paranoid? Is this normal?

No other issues down there, just no breakthrough bleed all of the sudden... Thank you!
