Looking to get a HELOC in TX with good credit and need advice

I’m looking to get a HELOC to cover some remodeling projects on my home and need some advice on shopping around. The amount I’m looking for is small less than $50K more closer to $30K, I also want at least 20 or 30yrs to pay on it as my current mortgage has 21yrs left.

I live in Texas and have great credit over 800, which bank or credit union should I look at, what should I be looking for and what should I expect? Thanks
