Managing Real Estate as 18 Year Old

Homebuyer

I am a senior in high school and plan on getting my real estate license when I turn 18. I have heard of some of the tax benefits of real estate (1099/W-2 partnership) from my parents by leveraging depreciation to negate taxes. I was curious how feasible it is to accumulate wealth as I manage real estate after college. I want to grow a real estate portfolio.

My parents currently have $7M in real estate properties (all rental properties). I do not want to work a 9-5 for the rest of my life making pennies on the dollar.
