OBS not showing Capture Card audio

Hello everyone,

I’ve decided to stream for the first time and am learning the terminology I'm not familiar with. Thanks to YouTube for helping me navigate this new world by setting up my Macbook to my gaming monitor and PS5 with the Elgato HD60 X capture card. The capture card is set up correctly, and I can see the video from my PS5 on OBS. However, OBS doesn't show any audio from the video game. My mic works, and the desktop audio is fine; yet, there’s no audio from the game itself. I’ve tried searching on YouTube and Google, but no one has answered my question. I know this isn't enough of a description. Again, I’m new to this, so please ask any specific questions so I can provide a definitive answer.
