Feeding schedule for 4 month old on 3 nap schedule?

My 4 mo old switches from 4 to 3 naps each day and I'm a little confused on when to feed. Feeding on the 4 nap schedule is easy because he eats 7 oz 5x a day (once when he wakes up in the morning and 4x after each nap).

What should I do in the 3 nap days? I don't necessarily want to increase to 8+oz/4x and I also can't do this because I can't predict which nap he's going to run "over on" that brings us to a 3 nap day. What do you all do?
