Taking a job as a contractor for a US company

I got a job offer from a US based company. I currently live in Vancouver and it would be a remote position where I’d get paid in US dollars as a contractor.

I’m currently making $100k CAD and ideally I’d like to make at least $120k CAD to change jobs.

As a contractor what type of additional costs should I add to that $120k CAD given that I’ll be doing my own taxes and get my own health insurance plan etc.

In other words, what amount should I ask from them for me to feel like it’s worth making the move?
