2010 Audi A5 Quattro spark plug boot/ignition coil problem

The engine is a turbo 2.0L inline 4 and has 265k+ on it. I’ve already changed all 4 of the spark plugs in October. Recently the engine has bin shaking and I popped the hood and i checked all 4 boot and the 3 one feels like tapping from underneath it. The car already has miss fire problem but this makes it 10x worse. Should I change that boot/ignition coil and would a retune help with the miss fires?
