[29M] Just got fired. I have 0 skills or direction in life financially. How to move up from here?

Seeking Advice

So, as per my last post, I had a job (Amazon driver) where our hours were being severely cut. Well, yesterday I got the boot. I want financial security and to be able to save money, but don't know where to start. What terrifies me about this is I have an amazing girlfriend whom I am making plans for the future with (and who has been extremely supportive of me in this situation), and she absolutely deserves better than to be with an unemployed bum. So I want to be the best man I can possibly be for her.

I realize it's time to "grow up" and get myself a better job. I would love to make at least $60-80k a year (but more if possible).

The only paths towards the future I see for myself are my YouTube channel (which I'd do on the side; I currently have 0 expectations about doing it full-time), or training to get my commercial Class C license (for those who don't know, it's required to drive vehicles over 10,000 pounds, which includes FedEx, UPS, or most Amazon trucks). Who knows, maybe I could even get my class B or A license?

I went to university for mechanical engineering, but dropped out. I could spend my remaining $21,000 to finish the last 2.5 years of my degree, but it would take a while and I've heard that the job market is really tight for college graduates.

I'm keeping my head up. I am still running and going to the gym. I plan to apply to 10 jobs per day until I get something.

What I REALLY need from this subreddit is some brainstorming ideas. Does anyone have advice? Thanks in advance! ☺️
