should crowd favorite and bravery level 1 stat shards all be the same rarity?

i got a prismatic stat shard level 1 for choosing bravery and rolled 500 gold every round, so by round 10 i was 5k gold ahead of everyone else and at level 1 i was able to buy lucidity boots alongside my starter item (40 ability haste and a bunch of movespeed which is equivalent to like two or three stat shards)

meanwhile my friend who also chose bravery got 11 lethality from his stat shard

i understand randomization is for fun and stuff but it felt kinda illegal that i got that much of an advantage for taking the same risk as him

what are your guys thoughts?
